HOUSE HISTORY
Lombarda Tower was built during the Middle Ages to protect the door of San Lázaro and to strengthen one of the weakest points of the wall. Is a defensive construction and is bristling with cannons, weapons that were put to use in 1484. Following reforms in the 16th and 17th centuries the building was converted into the Casa Grande, and at beginning of the 19th century it was used as a tannery.
